Gitli Goods guarantees your satisfaction. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for online purchases within 14 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with the original tags and packing, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Gitli Goods. Please send your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package, if possible, and include a copy of your return authorization. Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will credit back the original form of payment. Please note: Gitli Goods will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Most refunds post within 48hrs.
We ship domestically using US Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground service. Rates are determined at checkout based on weight and destination. A small handling fee may also apply. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Orders received on weekends and holidays will ship no sooner than the next business day.
